If you by any chance cannot pick up or receive your order, the parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse. We will receive the order at our return station and treat it as a regular return. We will issue a refund of the order value, minus the return shipping cost that will be deducted. In Germany, the return shipping cost is 7€, in UK £16 (see our return price list here to learn more about the return shipping cost). So, please note the return shipping cost will be deducted and we will issue a refund of the product value minus the return shipping cost. We will send you an email to confirm the reception and refund to keep you updated. All refunds are issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.
