Warranty period
Steamery offers a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products purchased through our website, concept store, or pop-ups.
This warranty is voluntary and in addition to your consumer rights.
You can choose to make a claim under Steamery’s warranty or your local consumer law — for more information about consumer rights, contact your local consumer organization.

During the warranty period, you can make a claim for:

If the fault is caused by misuse, rough handling, or accidental damage, it is not covered by the warranty. Each case is reviewed individually.
How to make a claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email our customer support with the following information:

A short description of the issue and how it occurred

Your order number (e.g., STEAM-XXXXX) or proof of purchase
- The serial number of the product

Photos and/or a short video showing the fault
If purchased through a reseller
If you bought your Steamery product from a retailer or reseller, please contact them directly for your claim. The warranty is always handled by the point of purchase.
