If your Pilo 2 Fabric Shaver stops working, here are a few things to check before contacting support.
Empty the lint container regularly
Make sure to empty the fabric shaver continuously while using it.
If too much lint collects between the metal protection cover and the razor blades, the blades won’t be able to cut properly — they’ll just spin the lint around instead of removing it.
Clean and reassemble correctly
-
Remove the razor blades from the metal protection cover and clean both parts thoroughly.
-
Reassemble in the correct order:
-
Place the razor blades inside the metal cover, blades facing down.
-
Make sure the razor blade unit fits securely on the rotation pin.
-
Check that the rotor pin is straight, not bent or skewed.
-
-
Lock the cover and body by twisting them in opposite directions until you hear a click.
-
Ensure the two dots on the back of the product are aligned — this means it’s properly assembled.

Charging the Pilo 2
If the device doesn’t start, try charging it for 5–6 hours — this can help the battery restart if it’s been fully discharged.
-
Use the USB-C to USB-A cable included with your Pilo 2.
-
Plug it into a regular power outlet, not a computer or laptop.
