If you purchased your Steamery product from Amazon, you’ll need to submit your claim directly through them.
Because your order was fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), Amazon directly manages the returns, replacements, and refunds on our behalf. This ensures your case is handled securely and in line with Amazon’s customer service and returns policy.
To raise the claim and receive a replacement or refund through Amazon, please follow these steps:
- Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account.
- Locate this order and select Return or replace items.
- Choose “Defective/Doesn’t work properly” as the return reason and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once submitted, Amazon will issue a prepaid return label (if required) and process your refund or replacement automatically.
We understand it can feel confusing that we can’t handle this directly, but Amazon’s policy requires all order-related actions for FBA items to go through their system — this protects your personal data and ensures consistent service.
