If you're unable to complete your order, there is a few things you can check yourself that might solve the issue:
Payment Issues
Make sure your card or payment method is valid, that all details are entered correctly, and that you have enough available funds.
If possible, try another payment method.
If it looks like a payment was taken but you didn’t receive an order confirmation, it’s could be a temporary authorization and your bank will release it automatically within a few business days. It could also be due to a misspelling of the email adress.
Checkout Problems
If the checkout page won’t load or you can’t move forward, try the following:
