After you place an order, it’s processed at our warehouse.
As soon as it’s packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (tracking number + link). This is usually sent within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Sometimes couriers encounter delivery problems (e.g., incorrect address or access issues). We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and do everything we can to ensure you receive your order.
