If your steamer isn’t behaving as expected, try these quick checks before contacting support.
Leakage
Water from the handle or mouthpiece
Ensure the steam handle is firmly screwed on.
Check the mouthpiece angle—it must be straight, not tilted.
Water tank leaking
Confirm the tank plug/cap is tightly closed.
Water from the steamer body
A small amount of water in the tank opening cavity is normal.
If water leaks from underneath or there’s an abnormal amount, contact Customer Support.
No steam
Power check: Make sure the steamer is switched on, the plug is secure, and the outlet works.
Heats up but no steam: Likely limescale. Please descale the steamer per our guide
Power light (on/off button) doesn’t light up
If the steamer works normally but the light doesn’t turn on, the LED/diode may have failed.
