Steamery voluntarily provides a 1-year manufacturer's warranty (the "Warranty") for each product sold via the Website, the concept store, and popups. The warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the warranty or their consumer law. Please get in touch with the local consumer organization for further information about consumer law.
During the warranty period, you have the right to make a complaint about manufacturing, material faults, or faults that have been detected after everyday use. If the fault is caused by ungentle usage, you don't have the right to make a claim. We handle every case individually.
We need proof of the faultiness and a receipt/order number (STEAM-XXXXX) to make a valid claim. Please send us an e-mail where you shortly describe the damage and how it occurred. It would also be great if you could take a few pictures and/or record a short video clip showing the damage/problem. If you purchased your Steamery product through a reseller, it is through them you need to make a claim since the product's warranty is always valid where the product was bought.
