When as you place an order through Steamery it is being processed at our warehouse. Soon as the order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information such as the tracking number and a tracking link. This is usually sent out within 1-2 days after the order was placed.

If you experience any delays or issues receiving your order, please send an email to our Customer Support (info@steamery.se). It could be that the couriers are having trouble delivering, they delivered to a faulty address or similar. Then Steamery will help you start an investigation for the parcel and we will do anything we can to make sure you receive the goods you paid for.
