Our warehouses are located in the Netherlands, Sweden, the UK, and the US. This means:
EU orders ship from within the EU and should not incur customs or import fees.
UK domestic orders should not require customs payments.
US domestic orders should not involve customs or import fees.
If you place an order outside of the EU, you may be subject to customs or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. You can read more about this in our Terms and Conditions.
If you place an order from Norway, you will not be subject to any customs or import fees.
