When this happens, couriers may need to reroute parcels to the nearest available location to ensure the delivery is not delayed further.
This rerouting is done automatically by the delivery partner, and unfortunately, it’s not something we at Steamery can influence or change once the parcel is in transit.
The goal is always to make sure your package is delivered as quickly and reliably as possible, even when the original access point is full.
