The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days of placing the order. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.
Steamery does not offer free returns, and the customer will need to pay the return costs. If an item is damaged during transport, please contact Steamery within 30 days for information about an exchange. Steamery does not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.
All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival at the warehouse. Please note that the time span for the parcel to arrive at the warehouse may vary a lot depending where you are based. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on the customer's account. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Steamery if the refund does not appear within 20 days.
