Steamery does not offer any free returns. A returned parcel for Germany cost 7€. From Sweden it is 49 SEK. If you wish to arrange a return, you need to contact us for us to send you the return shipping label. Soon as we receive the parcel at our warehouse, we will issue a refund of the product value minus the return shipping cost. So, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
